ji99 Terms & Conditions

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "ji99", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the ji99 platform, its operators, and affiliated entities responsible for delivering the services available at ji99.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses the platform, or uses any service offered by ji99.
• "Platform" — the complete suite of betting, casino, and gaming services accessible via ji99.io and its associated pages.
• "Account" — the personal registered account created by a player to access ji99 services.
• "Bet" / "Wager" — any financial stake placed by a player on a sports event, casino game, or other outcome offered by ji99.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a player's ji99 account at any given time, including both deposited funds and credited bonuses where applicable.
• "BDT" / "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used for all transactions on the ji99 platform.
• "BST" — Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the reference time zone for all ji99 operating hours, settlement times, and promotional deadlines.

To register and maintain a ji99 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ji99 enforces a strict 21+ age restriction across every product and every promotion on the platform. We may request age verification documentation at any time, and accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, consultant, officer, or director of ji99 or any affiliated entity, nor are you a close family member of such a person.
• You have not previously had a ji99 account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activity under the laws applicable to your location and personal circumstances. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online betting is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account with ji99. Opening, operating, or accessing more than one account — whether under the same or a different identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are obligated to keep your registration details up to date. ji99 reserves the right to close or suspend accounts where inaccurate or misleading information has been provided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ji99 Login credentials (username and password). Any activity conducted through your account — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — is your responsibility. ji99 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to protect your login details.

ji99 will never contact you by any channel and ask you to disclose your password. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

All financial transactions on the ji99 platform are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). ji99 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

Deposits: Funds deposited via supported mobile banking channels are credited to your ji99 account balance instantly upon successful confirmation. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and will be displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. ji99 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your mobile banking provider may apply its own fees, for which ji99 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) hour during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Deposited funds must have been wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be approved.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same mobile wallet account used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by ji99 support.
• ji99 reserves the right to request identity and source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to additional wagering requirements as described in Section 6 (Bonuses & Promotions).
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and will be displayed on the withdrawal page at the time of the request.

ji99 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

By placing a bet on ji99, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ji99 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been accepted by the platform, except in circumstances where a manifest pricing error has occurred.
• Odds and markets are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager.
• ji99 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of irregularity in the underlying event, including but not limited to match-fixing, spot-fixing, or other forms of sporting corruption.
• In the event of a technical failure that affects the integrity of a bet — such as a disconnection during a live game round — ji99 will apply its standard resolution procedure. The outcome recorded by ji99's system servers at the time of interruption shall be final.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per event may apply. These limits will be communicated on the relevant market page.
• Live in-play betting markets (including ball-by-ball cricket markets on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC events) are subject to suspension during official stoppages or when the platform determines that reliable data is temporarily unavailable.

ji99 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are governed by the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the point of offer:

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance in a designated bonus wallet and must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified in the individual promotion) on eligible markets or games within the stated promotional period.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent. They may not be used to fund withdrawals directly.
• ji99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus structures — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk hedging strategies to systematically extract bonus value, or coordinating with other players — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-derived funds.
• Only one welcome or new-player bonus may be claimed per person, household, IP address, or device.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ji99 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Multiple accounts: Opening, operating, or using more than one ji99 account, whether under the same or a different name.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated mechanism to place bets, interact with the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to share information, manipulate outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage in table games, poker, or any other multiplayer environment.
• Arbitrage and hedging: Placing bets designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome by exploiting price differences between ji99 and other platforms, or systematically hedging bonus-funded positions to extract value with minimal risk.
• System exploitation: Intentionally exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or platform vulnerabilities. If you discover an error, you are obligated to report it to [email protected] without exploiting it.
• Money laundering: Using ji99 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds obtained through illegal means. ji99 cooperates fully with anti-money-laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Minors: Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access, use, or place bets through your account.

ji99 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that document.

ji99 uses your personal data solely for the purposes of providing the platform's services, verifying your identity, processing transactions, communicating promotional offers (where you have opted in), and fulfilling legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ji99 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any ji99 content without our prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their own licensing terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ji99 and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of — or inability to use — the ji99 platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services, whether caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failure, third-party infrastructure issues, or force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or network outages.
• Any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.
• Any inaccuracies in odds, game outcomes, or market data caused by technical errors, provided that ji99 applies its standard resolution procedure in good faith.
• The conduct, content, or practices of third-party game providers whose content is made available on the ji99 platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits ji99's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Termination by you: You may close your ji99 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any outstanding wagering requirements must be resolved and any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered mobile wallet.

Termination by ji99: ji99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification checks.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.
• A player's self-exclusion request submitted through the responsible gaming tools.

Upon termination for breach, all bonus balances and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned at ji99's discretion following review.

ji99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document and, where reasonably practicable, notify active players via on-platform messaging or the email address registered to their account.

Your continued use of the ji99 platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.
